The 25-storey modern tower has been designed by renowned architect Roderick Lahey and is the bookend to SoHo Champagne I, a 20-storey tower featuring a curved elevation facing Hickory Street. The tower features punch windows with champagne aluminum frames, low "E" blue grey tinted glass, and black brick.

The entrance to both towers is off Champagne Avenue South through a two-storey Gluckstein Design grand vestibule and lobby with floors and walls clad in calacatta imported marble.

The iconic SoHo pink bear sculpture is located in the landscaped entrance which has been designed by NAK, widely recognized as one of North America's leading landscape architecture and urban design practices.

The existing SoHo Champagne I grand two-storey lobby designed by Brian Gluckstein features imported Calacatta floors, slabs of white calacatta walls and upholstered panels, and Jeff Goodman glass sculptures from the Mastercraft Starwood art collection.

The new SoHo Champagne II lobby off Hickory Street features floor-to-ceiling windows, bathing the lobby in natural light. The two-storey grand entrance foyer features concierge desk, state-of-the-art video intercom system, and controlled access to ensure all residents' safety. Use your phone as your key for access to the building and your suite. SoHo Champagne II residents can enjoy convenience and access to Snaile smart parcel lockers designed for delivery without compromising the security of the building.
