Where is the SoHo Champagne II leasing centre?
Our leasing centre and model suites are now open! We're located on the ground floor of SoHo Champagne II, at 115 Champagne Avenue South, Ottawa, Ontario, K1S 5V5.
Hours of operation is Monday - Friday : 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
What must I bring with me to tour a rental suite at SoHo Champagne II?
To tour a model suite, all visitors must provide a valid piece of government-issued photo ID.

Yes, on-site, secure reserved underground parking for residents is available.
Do you have electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on-site?
SoHo Champagne II has a limited number of EV parking spaces that are available for residents and guests.

SoHo Champagne II has 24-hour monitored security. There is state-of-the-art video intercom system and controlled secure access allowing only residents and their authorized guest access to the building. In addition, elevator access to floors is restricted to residents only.

SoHo Champagne II is only one LRT stop away from Carleton University, just on the south side of Dow's Lake.
Will I receive interest on my last month's rental deposit?
Yes, annually residents will receive an interest payment at a rate equal to the guideline increase or as outlined by applicable legislation.
